Cargo Operations Expansion – OMDB Dubai Added
OMDB-Dubai has been added to Solaris Cargo providing a good midway stopping point for international cargo operations. Our new cargo hub in Dubai positions us to deliver cargo anywhere in the world. Solaris International has expanded operations into South America with the addition of Jorge Chavez International in Lima, Peru. This airport was formerly ID’d as SPIM but is now ID’d as SPJC but its in the FSAirline’s database as the old SPIM. New Airport Added – EINN Shannon
Solaris Euro is glad to add Shannon International in Ireland to our rotation of destinations. Shannon provides domestic services to the UK, Germany and many Spanish destinations. To All Solaris Employees, It is with great sadness we must report the loss of 3 of our own. On August 14th, Solaris Cargo flight 7569 was performing an operation from Indianapolis (KIND) to Tampa (KTPA). The flight proceeded normally until entering Florida. NTSB investigators have recovered the blackbox and have been analyzing the initial data since yesterday. They have begun to put together the final moments of flight 7569.
