Pilot Handbook Updated to v1.4

Our company pilot handbook has been updated to version 1.4.  This new version includes the long awaited Cost Index values for many of our aircraft.   If there is an aircraft missing it is either because the aircraft auto calculates the CI (like the Embraer eSeries aircraft) or no data was available for which to make the decision for the CI value.   This does not include values for any BizJets.  This is only for our commercial divisions.
