We love to recognize our pilots for their contributions to the airline and for achieving personal success! Below is a list of all the awards a pilot can receive with a description of the award and how to get it. Some awards are given when a pilot hits a career milestone, others are handed out for outstanding performance, and others are voted on by the VA to give to one special pilot who has earned it.

	Livery Artist	Given to those who have contributed to our VA livery library with custom paint jobs.
	Executive Captain Ribbon	This award is given for pilots reaching the rank of Senior Captain with 1000 flight hours.
	Bob Ross	Given to the pilot's who win the monthly screenshot contests.
	Solaris Stellar	This award is given out to pilots who have dedication to the airline by being helpful to new pilots, active in Discord and have an overall great service record to the airline. This award is voted on by the staff. Any pilot can nominate someone for this award via direct message to one of the staff on Discord.
	Vatsim Gold	Given to our pilots who have attended 25 Solaris sponsored Vatsim events.
	Vatsim Silver	Given to our pilots who have attended 15 Solaris sponsored Vatsim events.
	Vatsim Bronze	Given to our pilots who have attended 5 Solaris sponsored Vatsim events.
	Pilot of the Month	Given to one pilot each month who has the most flight hours, has maintained a performance record of at least 90% and has an average landing rate of -200fpm or less.
	NTSB Statistic	Given to pilots who had a landing of more tha 1000 FPM or crashed an airplane requiring an NTSB report. :) All in good fun! Wear it proudly... or in shame! Your choice! ^_^
	Hero of the Hour	This award is given to pilots who experience a major malfunction with their plane and still manage to land it safely. Proof of the heroic piloting feat must be presented via screen shots and or video and an NTSB report must be filed, reviewed and approved.
	Butter Master	This award is given to pilots who have 50 landing rates under 50fpm! Crazy soft touch skills!
	Buttered Toast	This award is given to pilots who have 10 landing rates under 50fpm!
	Discord Booster	This award is given to pilots who contribute to boosting the Discord server. Thanks for your donation to the airline!
	Chief Pilot of the Airline Ribbon	This award is given for pilots reaching the rank of Chief Pilot of the Airline 4000 flight hours.
	Senior Executive Captain Ribbon	This award is given for pilots reaching the rank of Senior Executive Captain 2000 flight hours.
	Senior Captain Ribbon	This award is given for pilots reaching the rank of Senior Captain with 500 flight hours.
	Four Bar Superstar Ribbon	This award is given for pilots reaching the rank of Captain with 250 flight hours.
	First Officer Ribbon	This award is given for pilots reaching the rank of First Officer with 100 flight hours.
	Second Officer Ribbon	This award is given for pilots reaching the rank of Second Officer with 25 flight hours.
	Blue Helmet Crew	This award is given out to pilots who have financially contribute to Captain K-Man's Twitch stream or the airline in some way.
